DMA – Dynamic mechanical analysis Polymer

Dynamic mechanical analysis is a technique for studying the viscoelastic behavior of polymers. Our equipment is capable of measuring polymers in a temperature controlled environment. This means that glass transition temperatures can be determined with high accuracy. Furthermore, by applying torsional or axial forces on the sample, viscoelastic properties can be determined. The temperature controlled environment allows us to conduct temperature sweep tests. With such a test the temperature effect on the samples viscoelastic behavior can be analyzed.
