When our Haake Polylab system is equipped with the film blowing module, Polymers can be tested for their ability to form a film. The circular slit die, air inlet and cooling ring allow for an accurately controlled blowing process. We recommend this service to be combined with TNF measurements, as for the film blowing process of semi-crystalline and crystalline materials, no nuclei should be present in the melt that can disturb the curing of the film.

The film sample is transported and collected by a roller transport system.
