The Extrudex Filament Extruder has a screw diameter of 25 mm. The screw is heated in 4 zones ranging from 30-300 °C, and is air cooled. The screw (inlet) zone 1 can be cooled / heated by Regloplast P140 unit by means of water up to a maximum of 140 ° C. The Extrex ST22 melting pump is heated by 4 heating elements (125W) up to a maximum of 250 °C. The extruded filaments are cooled in a two-unit water tank system (VT3000) with a length of 1 + 2 m. The filament diameter is measured by means of Zumbach ODAC laser analysis. Using a Extr-Cut50, the filament is guided to the coiling device (home construction).
