In the factory of Morssinkhof Sustainable Plastics, formerly Diolen industrial fibers, high tenacity yarns are produced. Typical polymers include PET, recycled PET,  PBS, Polyeamide and PBS.

This dowtherm-heated spinning machine has a rectangular spinneret and a cross-flow quench. Extrusion temperatures up to 350 °C can be used. Throughput up to 300 kg/hour per extruder. Each extruder as 8 winders. Maximum winding speed up to 5000 m/min. Standard set-up draw field: godet/idler roller – steam jet – godet/idler roller – duo – godet/idler roller. The last godet can be heated (for low shrinkage yarns) or water-cooled (for high modulus yarns). It is also possible to use an additional godet for relaxation. Drawing temperatures up to 240 °C.
