Tire yarn spin-draw-winding (HSSDW) spinning machine

This pilot plant machine is specifically designed to develop and upscale yarns for tire application.

The dowtherm-heated spinning machine has a rectangular spinneret and a cross-flow quench. Extrusion temperatures up to 350 °C can be used. Throughput up to 80 kg/hour. Maximum winding speed up to 8000 m/min. Draw field with four duos. Drawing temperatures up to 240 °C. This spinning machine can be reconstructed to a machine with the same specifications as the technical yarn spinning machine.
